I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decor of the hotel. The rich colors and beautiful furniture made me feel like I was staying in a grand palace. The common areas were easy to navigate and the hotel was very accessible for senior people like myself. It was a delight to explore and relax in such a luxurious environment.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. Some of the children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and could have been more attentive to the specific needs of older individuals.

Perfect for my city break. Luggage storage, airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, and express check-in/out make it even better.

The Nespresso capsules and water were a complimentary bonus. The parking was easily accessible.
